Case Study 1: disk not detected
In this instance, a desktop PC failed to detect the SATA hard disk which appeared to be spinning correctly. The disk contained 24 months of AutoCAD files, Adress book contacts and email communications in outlook express, some of which were current projects as well as important archival files. And also the important picture and My documents files, which were not backed up. We successfully repaired the SATA hard drive and recovered the lost Data as per out clients requirements & instructions.

Case Study 2: Computer disk goes clunk, lost Accounts Data
A Divisional Sales Manager lost all data on her computer which last more than 3 years Accounting data files. To make matters worse, the account files were not been backed up, because new employee assumed the accounting files are the part of their Regular Data backup done by IT contractor. Manager contacted us on Saturday morning, when she realized the loss of data. We repaired faulty platter chamber partition tables, recovered the required Quanta accounting data files and provided this within 3 days of receiving the faulty disks. After doing Data recovery as per the Managers instruction, Manager realized she have lost some more important accounting files, then she thought at first glance. So we did attemped the Data recovery once again to recover all files, Manager specified and at the end all Accounting data files were recovered and client was more than happy for the service and support she received at the disaster time. This whole job was done within a weeks time.
Case Study 3: power spike kills disk
The power supply unit in an PC spiked the mother-board and hard disk raid array, which was used for mirroring the hard drives.The PC contained more than 1 GB of Contacts, email communication and important presentation files, which was to be used by Railway NZ, President for his conference presentation which was due in 3 days time. This all data was inaccessible. President said “at any cost he can not let down the number of his Railway members & staff attaining the presentation.”
We received the call to perform the data recovery.We did replaced the motherboard with new one, recovered raid array for mirrored hard drives and recovered all Data requested by our client within 3 days and restored all data with Window & applications required to access the Data. Also setup the Automatic Data backup for peace of mind, to avoid future Disaster.
